Arkansas Amateur Baseball Association

To become a member of the AABA, a park must submit a charter application to the District Commissioner. If approved, he will forward it to the State Commissioner who has the authority to accept or reject the charter application. The State Commissioner also has the authority to revoke any charter of a member park.
