FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2000 AABA Fall Meeting - 9/10/2000
Our fall meeting was held at Ryan's Steakhouse in Conway. After eating, Royce
Moore called the meeting to order. He presented a packet to everyone which
included forms to be used for district and state tournaments, requirements for
Park Directors, requirements for District Commissioners, requirements for State
and Assistant State Commissioners, state tournament cover sheet, guidelines for
hosting a state tournament, and several rule change proposals. All of these were acted upon.
Royce announced that the dates for the state tournaments are as follows:
Minor Coaches meeting: July 16th, 2001
Major Coaches meeting: July 17th, 2001
Major & Minor Tournaments begin: July 19th, 2001
Then Royce Moore was re-elected as State
Commissioner and Don Youngblood was elected Assistant State Commissioner for the
2001 season.
Royce adjourned the meeting.
